Q:Do you guarantee your products or services?
A:Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number.

Q:What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A:That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Q:Are the pumps included in the price of the fountain?
A:Yes. All fountains are shipped with the pump installed.

Q:Can the fountains be used indoors?
A:Certainly. The Faux-Flow Fountain design takes advantage of the way that water clings to surfaces.  They have smooth flowing water with little to no splashing.

Q:Do the pumps require frequent cleaning or maintenance?
A:No. The pumps chosen for the fountains require little to no maintenance. If fountains are used in areas prone to leaves or other debris falling inside the fountain, you may have to change the water when you notice any flow restrictions. I have fountains, that I leave outside during the winter and the water freezes. After the water thaws, the pumps work fine. This is one example of how resilient the pumps are to climate conditions.

Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A:There are several things to consider before you order. If we have a customer who orders on the web site using a credit card and then cancels that order before we ship the order, the purchase price is refunded less any of the credit card processing fees we incur for the transaction.
If an order has been shipped when a customer decides to cancel we will make every effort to intercept the order. Any shipping charges however will not be refunded to the customer.
